How to show windows explorer in Windows8

maybe some of us feel confused and strange to look windows 8, on a previous version of windows, start menu in the bottom left corner, but it will not be found in Windows 8.

then how we can access the programs that have been installed on windows 8?
every program we've previously installed a shortcut will automatically be on the main screen. or we can add it manually, by right clicking on the program application and then click to set the pin.

then how can i open explorer? The first way to click on my computer or explorer shortcut on the main screen or it could be through the windows key on the keyboard. and see what happens?? Windows8 will look like windows7 display.
